Total cooking time: 8-10 minutes 2 c. cubed cooked ham 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/2 c. half and half 2 tbsp. chopped pimento 1 tsp. dry mustard Dash of cayenne pepper (or hot pepper sauce)
Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 8-10 minutes or until cheese just begins to melt. Stir occasionally. Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving. Recipe yield: 4-6 servings.
