3 1/2-4 lb. chicken
2 boxes chicken flavored prepared pkg. stuffing

Wash and stuff chicken. Place in 5 x 8 inch glass loaf pan, breast down. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave for 8 minutes per pound at 100% power.

Note: Recipe time is for 700 watt microwave. Time to be adjusted depending on wattage of oven.

Turn breast side up halfway through cooking. DO NOT cover in second half of cooking. Let stand 5-7 minutes before cutting. Test for doneness.

By covering the bird with plastic wrap during the first half of the cooking, the joint areas become completely cooked and there are no pink areas.
