7 oz. thin spaghetti 1/2 c. butter 2 c. cooked turkey 2 c. sour cream Parmesan cheese (as desired) 2 cans (8 oz.) mushroom pieces, drained 2 cans cream of chicken soup Break spaghetti into one inch pieces. Cook and drain. In a 2 1/2 quart casserole, combine spaghetti, mushrooms, butter, turkey, soup, and sour cream. Cook uncovered on high setting for 6 minutes. Stir and cook 6 minutes more. Add cheese and cook 2 more minutes. |
