1 pkg. gyoza wraps (any store)
1/4 cabbage
1 bunch carrots
3 green onions (or chives)
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 egg (beaten)
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/4 lb. ground beef
1. Finely chop all vegetables.
2. Pan fry ground pork and ground beef until done. Drain all oil from meat, then add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Mix vegetables and meat together in large pan.
4. Take 1 gyoza wrapper, brush with beaten egg along edges of wrapper; place filling in middle, fold in half and pinch tightly.
Gyoza can be boiled, steamed or fried.
