2 pkg. orange Jello 1 can mandarin oranges, drained (save juice) 2 c. boiling water or juice from mandarin oranges 1 pt. orange sherbet Dissolve Jello in boiling liquid. Immediately add orange sherbet and stir until melted. Add oranges. Pour into 1 1/2 quart ring mold and chill until firm. Unmold and fill center with Ambrosia Sweet Salad. AMBROSIA: 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained (use liquid for above) 1 can pineapple chunks (13 oz.) 1 c. flaked coconut 1 c. sour cream or 1 pt. whipped cream 1 c. miniature marshmallows |
