MANDARIN ORANGE JELLO RING
 

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello (sugar free or reg.)
1 c. boiling water or fruit juice
1/2 pt. orange sherbet
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

Dissolve Jello in boiling liquid. Immediately add orange sherbet and stir until melted. Pour into individual molds or 1 large mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce. Center can be filled with orange slices. Serves 5 to 6.
