MANDARIN ORANGE JELLO MOLD
 

4 sm. pkg. orange Jello
4 scant c. hot water
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice
2 c. ginger ale

Grease large Jello mold with vegetable oil. Mix boiling water and Jello. Stir until dissolved. Strain juice from mandarin oranges and use liquid.

Defrost orange juice slightly and mix with ginger ale. Add all liquid to Jello mixture. Refrigerate until syrupy. Add mandarin oranges. Refrigerate until firm. Serves 14.
