1 box yellow cake mix (with pudding in the mix) 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges 3/4 c. oil 3 eggs Mix all of the above (including mandarin orange juice) for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. MANDARIN ORANGE FROSTING: 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 box instant vanilla pudding 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla Fold all together. Top cake. Refrigerate. |
