1/2 lb. macaroni 2 c. diced ham (can use turkey ham) 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 lg. can tomato paste or sauce 1 glove garlic 1 sm. onion 1 can mushrooms Cook macaroni and drain. Lightly brown ham, onion, and garlic in oil. Add tomato paste, macaroni and salt, pepper and oregano. Add cheese and stir to mix and melt before serving. |
