2 lb. ground lamb 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. allspice 1/4 tsp. cumin Ground garlic 1 c. pine nuts 1 c. pistachio 1 c. parsley Knead lamb with salt, pepper, allspice. Flatten meat on a sheet of waxed paper. Make rows of garlic, pine nuts, pistachio and parsley. Roll. Bake in baking dish. Put mixture of 2/3 water and 1/3 vinegar. Cook 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. |
