4 to 5 lbs. lean roast beef, chuck round bone, etc. 1/2 bunch celery, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 2 med. onions 2 tbsp. chili powder 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 c. water 1 1/2 c. ketchup 1 tbsp. barbecue sauce Use Dutch oven or oven-proof pot with lid. Cook at 325 degrees for 4 to 5 hours. Break apart and stir. Serve on buns. |
