SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BAKE
 

2 sm. flat blocks cheese, approximately 8 oz. each (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Swiss)
2 c. macaroni noodles, uncooked
1/2 med. onion
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Olive oil enough to mix nicely
Sausage (Kielbasa), cut in diagonal slices

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grate the onion. Saute the onion and the sausage in 2 tablespoons olive oil. Saute until the sausage is browned and the onion is cooked. Place the macaroni in boiling water and cook until the macaroni is tender.

In a bowl grate cheese. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Do not put all of the cheese in the mixture, save enough to cover the top with both kinds of cheese. Put mixture in a casserole dish, top with both kinds of cheese. Cover and bake until cheese is thoroughly melted.
