MEAT LOAF AND GRAVY
 

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Loaf pan, 350 degree oven - 325 degrees for glass pan.

Shape ground beef into loaf and place in ungreased loaf pan. Spoon undiluted mushroom soup over top of meat. Sprinkle dry onion soup over all. Bake at 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass pan) for 2 hours. Soups combine with meat juices to make delicious brown gravy as meat loaf bakes. No other seasoning is necessary. Serves 4-6.
