8 beef short ribs (serves about 4) 2 medium green peppers, chopped 2 medium onions, chopped seasoning salt, season to your taste black pepper, season to your taste 1 c. of barbecue sauce Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place beef ribs in large casserole baking dish. Pour 1/2 c. water into dish. Spread green peppers and onions evenly over ribs. Season ribs with salt and pepper to your taste. Pour barbecue sauce over ribs evenly. Cook dish and cook about 90 minutes at 350 degrees. |
