Assemble food grinder with fine disc. Grind ham and onion (about 2 cups or 500 ml) into small mixing bowl. Add pepper, eggs and parsley; mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased hot griddle over medium heat; cook, lightly browning both sides. 12 small patties.
