CHICKEN RELLENOS
 

1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 lb. Cheddar
2 oz. (7 oz.) cans diced green chilies
3 beaten eggs
1/4 c. flour
1 c. milk

Bake at 325 degrees. Grate cheeses and combine with green chilies. Combine beaten eggs with the flour and milk. Pour over cheese and pepper mixture in casserole pan. Bake 45 minutes or when all cheese is melted, lightly browned and bubbly (max might be less time).
