BEEF HOGIES
 

2 c. water
3 bouillon cubes (beef)
1 pkg. Hogie buns
2 1/2 to 3 lb. roast (beef) - chuck or any sliceable cut
1 1/2 pkgs. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing
Au Juice for dipping
3 tbsp. vinegar

Cook beef roast in 350 degrees oven until tender. Cool. Slice roast across grain. Put into flat baking dish. Mix juice from meat and above (Au Juice) ingredients. Simmer on top of stove approximately 1 hour. Place sliced meat on Hogie Buns. Use hot Au Juice for dipping.
