3 lbs. pork ribs, washed and cut 2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce 3 tbsp. molasses 3 tbsp. sweet and sour sauce 3 tbsp. vinegar 3 tbsp. Kraft barbecue sauce 1 clove minced garlic Combine all ingredients. Pour over ribs. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Remove ribs; put on cookie sheet. Place in oven and broil on both sides. Use the juice left in the pan to make gravy and pour over cooked noodles. |
