TIME-TO-SPARE RIBS

1 lg. oven cooking bag
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. barbeque sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 1/2 lbs. pork spareribs (fat trimmed)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Shake flour in large size cooking bag; place in 13 x 9 inch pan. Add barbeque sauce and onions. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Cut ribs in serving size pieces; place in bag. Turn bag to coat ribs with sauce. Arrange ribs in even layer. Close with nylon tie; make 6 half-inch slits in top. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Makes 4-6 servings. Note: Baking longer at lower temperature makes them even better.
