MARINATED EYE OF ROUND ROAST
 

1 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 (.7 oz.) env. Italian salad dressing mix
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 c. water
1 (4-6 lb.) eye of round roast

Combine catsup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, water, and salad dressing mix; mix well. Spear meat in several places and place in a zip-top heavy duty plastic bag. Pour marinade over meat and seal bag tightly.

Place bag in a shallow pan and refrigerate 8 hours, turning occasionally. I pour all liquid and meat in a pan, cover with foil and cook until desired doneness. Baste while cooking. Bake at 350 degrees for 3-4 hours.
