TENDER SPARE RIBS
 

4 lb. spare ribs
8 oz. barbecue sauce

Boil spare ribs in water at medium heat until ribs are tender. Remove ribs from water. Place in large bowl and coat with barbecue sauce. Let set for about 30 minutes. Ribs may be barbecued over charcoal grill or baked in oven at 375 degrees until ribs are browned. Meat separates easily from the bone. 4-6 servings.
