TIME TO SPARE RIBS
 

1 lg. oven cooking bag
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. your favorite BBQ sauce
1/2 sm. chopped onion
1/2 sm. chopped green pepper
3 1/2 lb. pork spare ribs (trim excess fat)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Shake flour in bag. Place in 9x13 inch pan. Add BBQ sauce, onion and green pepper to bag. Squeeze bag to blend. Cut ribs in serving pieces and place in bag. Close bag with tie provided and cut slits in top of bag. Bake 1 1/2 hours.
