1/2 c. olive oil 3/4 tsp. seasoning salt 3/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning 3/4 tsp. dried whole oregano 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 6 (4-6 oz.) beef tenderloin steaks Combine first 5 ingredients in a large shallow container; add steaks. Cover and marinate 3 hours in refrigerator, turning steaks occasionally. Remove steaks from marinade. Grill over hot coals 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. |
