1 lb. sausage (roll) 2 lg. onions 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 (16 oz.) pkg. stuffing 2 c. apple juice 2 beaten eggs
In large pan, saute sausage, onion and celery. Break up with fork. Add stuffing mix, liquid and eggs. Blend thoroughly. Stuffs a 14 to 16 pound turkey.
