BEEF BURGUNDY
 

2-3 lb. bottom round or chuck roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 env. Lipton Onion or Beef Mushroom Soup
1/2 c. red cooking wine

Put all ingredients into slow cooker. Start on high until thoroughly heated through. Turn to low. Cook 8-10 hours until tender.
