Juice of 1 lemon 1/4 c. vinegar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 1/2 c. ketchup 1 1/2 c. water 1 med. onion (can be chopped and sprinkled over meat after it has browned or added directly to sauce) Brown ribs at 400 degrees; drain off fat. Sprinkle on chopped onion and let cook a few minutes before pouring on sauce. Cover with heavy foil and reduce heat to 325 degrees. Let cook until fork tender, about 1 hour. Turn and baste once during baking time. |
