1 1/4 lb. ham steak 1/2 c. light brown sugar 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1/3 - 1/2 c. pineapple juice
Place ham steak in baking pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and dry mustard over ham. Pour 1/3 to 1/2 cup pineapple juice over ham. Bake at 350 degrees about 15-20 minutes.
