BARBECUE PORK
 

2 to 4 lb. pork roast, spare ribs, or loin
1 c. Carolina Treat Bar-B-Q sauce
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce or Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
1 lg. onion, chopped or 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Broil pork a few minutes to get rid of excess grease in fat on pork. Place pork in baking dish lined with foil or in slow cooker. Mix other ingredients and pour over pork.

Bake in oven at 250 to 300 degrees for 2 hours. Be sure to seal foil around pork or use baking dish with cover or cook in slow cooker overnight on medium for 4 to 5 hours.
