BARBEQUED BEEF
 

BEEF:

2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
3/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. beer
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Heinz 57 or barbeque sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Place beef on foil, wrap securely, place in baking pan. Roast at 350 degrees for 40 minutes per pound. Slice across grain and return to foil. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan, simmer 15 minutes. Pour over beef, close foil and reheat for 1 hour.
