1 lb. sirloin steak or beef tenderloin 1/2 c. salad oil 1/3 c. vinegar 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. lemon juice Garlic powder 1 tbsp. sugar Cherry tomatoes Fresh mushrooms Onions Cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Place in shallow container. Combine salad oil, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder and sugar; pour over meat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers and grill over medium-hot coals until meat reaches desired doneness, basting frequently with marinade. Serves 2 to 4. |
