1/2 c. soy sauce 1 c. cooking oiltsp. salt 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 tbsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. ginger 2 cans tomato soup 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Mix together ingredients in large shallow dish. Add meat. Cover tightly. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Turn meat occasionally. Save marinade to brush over meat when grilling or broiling. |
