4-5 lb. beef tenderloin, deveined Italian salad dressing GRAVY: 1 box mushrooms, sliced Butter Flour 1/2 can beer Worcestershire sauce 1 jar Heinz brown gravy Brush beef tenderloin with Italian salad dressing. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, sauce mushrooms in a little butter. Sprinkle a little flour on top and blend. Add beer and a little Worcestershire sauce. Blend. Add jar of brown gravy. Heat and serve with tenderloin. Serves 6-8. |
