1 lb. beef tips 1 med. chopped onion 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 c. oil Roll beef tips in flour, salt, and pepper. Drop in hot oil. Brown; remove. Add chopped onion; saute. Add browned beef tips and water to make gravy. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until tender. Serve with rice, creamed potatoes, or biscuits. |
