RAISIN SAUCE

1 (1 1/2 inch) slice ready to eat ham (about 2 lb.)
1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash ground cloves
Dash salt
1/2 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. bottled cranberry juice cocktail
1/2 c. seedless raisins

Slice fat edge of ham at 2 inch intervals. Insert whole cloves in fat, if desired. Place ham in shallow baking dish. Bake in slow oven at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

SAUCE:

Mix sugar, cornstarch, cloves and salt. Add remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Remove ham from oven. Spoon some of the sauce over the ham, bake 20 minutes or until glazed. Pass remaining sauce with ham.

Makes 6 servings.
