3-4 drops Tabasco 3-4 drops liquid smoke 3/4 c. water 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1 bottle chili sauce, any kind 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. mustard 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. vinegar
Cook a pork roast at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes, uncovered. (Large roast about 1 hour.)
Mix ingredients and heat slowly; pour sauce over roast and cover. Baste every 15 minutes that it is in the oven. Cook as long as you did before you put the sauce on.
