BARBECUE MEAT LOAF
 

2 lbs. deer burger (with suet)
1 med. onion (chopped)
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
4 slices stale bread (cut or tear into crumbs)

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly until combined. Put meat in loaf pan, pat down to remove air pockets. Bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for 1 hour. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
