LIZ'S MEAT LOAF
 

2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion
Ketchup
Gulden's mustard
1 egg
Heinz 57 sauce
Garlic powder
Meat tenderizer
Bread crumbs
15 oz. Hunt's tomato sauce

Mix ground beef, onion (diced), ketchup (2 shakes), 1 teaspoon Gulden's mustard, 2 shakes of Heinz 57 sauce, garlic powder and meat tenderizer. Add a dash of bread crumbs and mix well. Knead and place in loaf pan.

Pour tomato sauce over top of the meat loaf and sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours.

Peel and parboil some new potatoes. Drain the water. When meat is half done take potatoes and arrange them in the pan with the meat loaf. Spoon some of the sauce in the pan over the potatoes. Serve with peas, carrots and biscuits.
