HAM BAR-B-QUES
 

1 lb. chipped ham
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. catsup
2 tsp. wet mustard
1 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Bring sauce to a boil; add ham. Better if done a day ahead. Can freeze. Serve on buns. Preparation time--20 minutes. Great for a party! Serves 4-6.
