1/3 c. onions, chopped 3 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. celery, diced 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 c. catsup 1/3 c. vinegar 2 tsp. mustard 1/2 c. water 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 c. diced pork (left over from roast) Saute onions in butter and add celery and peppers. Cook 10 minutes. Add next 7 ingredients. Cook 15 minutes. Add diced pork and simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot on buns. |
