BAR-B-Q PORK ROAST

2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire
Boston Butt or fresh pork roast (3 lbs. or more double recipe)

Rub marinate on both sides of meat. Wrap well in heavy duty foil. Be sure it is sealed so liquid will not come out. Refrigerate overnight. Cook at 350 degrees (1 hour per pound) in the foil.

Remove from oven, pour off fat. After pulling apart and removing fat from meat, layer meat with bar-b-q sauce of your choice in baking dish. Return to oven 20-30 minutes. Cover for about half that time.
