3-4 lbs. ribs, cut into pieces Boil in salted water 45 minutes, covering ribs with water. Cover with Barbecue Sauce: 1 c. catsup 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 dashes Tabasco sauce (opt.) 2 c. water Boil ribs for 5 minutes and marinate in sauce for at least 30 minutes. Barbecue on hot grill for about 7 minutes per side. Baste often. If not served immediately, keep warm in pan of sauce. |
