PEACH TENDER PORK CHOPS
 

1 (29 oz.) can peach halves
6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 env. Shake 'N Bake for pork
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar

Drain peaches, reserving syrup. Moisten chops in 1/4 cup of syrup. Coat chops with Shake 'N Bake and arrange in single layer on rack in ungreased shallow baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes. Place peaches in pan with chops; brush with peach syrup and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer, or until chops are tender.

Meanwhile, heat together 1/2 cup peach syrup, brown sugar, catsup and vinegar. Serve with chops and peaches.
