1 to 1 1/2 lb. beef tips or leftover steak 2 pkg. brown gravy mix Hot water, 1/2 and 2 cup. 1 sm. onion, chopped Minute rice or egg noodles Paprika Cut up beef tips into bite size 1/4 x 1/4 inches. Stir fry them with cut up onions and 1/2 cup water and paprika until brown. Do not over cook!! Add the 2 cups of water and the brown gravy mix. While this is on medium low start your minute rice. Bring to a boil and set aside. Place a large amount of rice with beef on top on a plate. |
