BEEF CUTLETS
 

4 cubed steaks
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. flour
1 c. bread crumbs
1 sliced lemon
4 tbsp. minced parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. olive oil
salt and pepper

Season cutlets with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour and dip in beaten eggs. Mix bread crumbs, garlic and parsley. Dip cutlets in mixture. Fry cutlets in hot oil over medium heat until well browned and done in the center. Serve with lemon sliced. Serves 4.
