1 lb. ground beef 1 can beef broth 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 sm. can mushrooms, drained 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/3 c. ketchup 1 sm. onion 2 tbsp. flour 1 pkg. stroganoff noodles Brown beef and onion together until onion is tender. Add 1/2 of the can of beef broth, salt, ketchup and mushrooms. Mix flour with remaining beef broth and add to ground beef mixture. Fold sour cream. Heat thoroughly. Serve over buttered stroganoff noodles. |
