6 peppers 1/2 lb. sausage 2 c. cooked rice 1 tsp. salt 1 c. strained tomatoes 1/2 c. boiling water Wash peppers and remove seeds. Parboil 5 minutes in water to cover. Remove from water and fill with remaining ingredients which have been mixed together. Place in baking dish and add boiling water. Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees. |
