3 parts olive oil 1 part soy sauce 1 part Worcestershire sauce 1/2 to 1 whole fresh onion, chopped Fresh garlic to taste Red meat (best with venison or less expensive beef - chuck, etc.) Combine all ingredients in a shallow dish. Place in meat; poke holes with large fork or knife. Turn meat and repeat process. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Grill or broil slowly to prevent flaring. |
