PECAN PORK ROAST
 

3 lb. boneless pork roast

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. orange marmalade

Saute onions in oil until soft. Add pecans and marmalade. Cover roast with topping. Bake at 300 to 325 degrees 45 minutes per pound.
