1 chuck roast (frozen solid) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (powder) 1/2 can water Mix the soups and water in bowl with wire whisk. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with foil. Place frozen roast in pan and cover with soup mixture. Cover with foil and fold ends of foil together tightly. If you have a very large chuck roast, double the other ingredients. Put in 275 degree oven in the morning before you go to work and when you come home, you will have a delicious roast cooked for dinner! |
