6 (1/2 inch thick) pork chops 1 tbsp. Wesson oil 1/2 c. finely chopped celery 1 tsp. dry mustard Salt and pepper 3/4 c. water 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 (8 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce Salt and pepper chops. Brown in oil in skillet. Place in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste occasionally. Serves 3. |
